Key Staff

The education and experience of TCG's key personnel allow most projects to be completed within the group. Their capabilities may be augmented, on a per-project basis, by affiliates with whom TCG has formed long-term working relationships.

David S. Chessler is an economist specializing in the analysis of issues in telecommunications, competition, technology and computerization.

Linda C. Kalver is an economist specializing in industry restructuring and privatization, the economics of regulated utilities and utility costs, tariffs and regulation.

John G. Williams is a telecommunications engineer with a complementary background in business planning and in regulatory and public policy analysis.
